The Heart of Medley Gavel Club
Our members are the driving force behind the Medley Gavel Club. From budding speakers to young leaders, they represent a vibrant community of students (Gaveliers) from grades 6 to 12 who are passionate about learning, growing, and excelling in communication and leadership.
Gavel Club primarily caters to students (Gaveliers) under 18 years old. We follow a well-structured Toastmasters International curriculum, ensuring competent communication and leadership skills. Members take on various speaking and leadership roles during meetings.

Public Speaking
Our members develop the confidence to overcome nervousness and deliver their ideas with clarity, structure, and impact. Our Gaveliers learn to speak persuasively and with confidence.
Leadership
Gavel Club members learn to lead group discussions and meetings. They also learn to help others improve their speaking and leadership skills. Gaveliers cultivate growth and collaboration.
Communication
Gavel Club members learn to listen carefully to other member's ideas. They learn to articulate their thoughts clearly and express ideas in a way that inspires and informs.
Confidence
By stepping out of their comfort zones, members build the self-assurance to take on challenges with a positive mindset. They develop the courage to present themselves with poise in any situation.
