Competent Gavelier Communicator of MGC
The Competent Gavel Communicator program is designed to develop essential public speaking skills through 10 progressive speech projects. Each project helps our gaveliers build confidence and expertise in communication. Starting with the "Ice Breaker" speech, members gradually master the art of organization, effective body language, vocal variety, and much more. By the time they complete the program, they are not just skilled speakers but also inspiring leaders.

Gavel Club members develop the ability to focus on and evaluate speeches effectively, ensuring they understand the speaker’s message before responding.
Critical Thinking
Members learn to analyze speeches, identify key points, and provide insightful, constructive feedback that helps fellow speakers improve.
Giving Feedback
Gavel Club members practice delivering structured and supportive evaluations, helping others refine their speaking and leadership skills.
Time Management
